Good experience overall with McMillin Court
McMillin court was a newly renovated clean place to stay. The bed, sheets, towels and furniture were all new and comfy. Having a small kitchen was convenient to keep drinks or left overs in. The place was a little small for 4 girls but we made it work. Location was close to downtown and the BBQ place next door was great.

Lovely small condo. Not much kitchen or dining space to do any real cooking, but great for simple breakfasts and snacks. Furniture and bedding was clean and new - Nice TV and a tablet with WiFi for our use in the condo! We loved Germantown. Don't miss Christie's Cookies, the Farmer's Market, and the Red Bicycle Restaurant for breakfast. Lovely coffee shops in Germantown and only minutes by car to downtown Nashville where we spent most of our time. Onsite Manager was friendly.

Wonderful place to stay while in Nashville!!!
This is the perfect place to meet with friends and have a fabulous time in Nashville! It's close enough to walk to Broadway and enjoy all the music, a short drive to the airport, plenty of room for visiting and hanging out. Much better than any hotel room!!

  St. Patrick's Day getaway
We chose it because it was affordable and close to downtown Nashville. When we got there, we had a hard time finding a place to park, but we ended up parking in the restaurant lot right next door the whole weekend. Our room was rather small for 4 adults to stay, but definitely doable. There was a small, but fully equip kitchen which was a nice little bonus. Being in the bottom floor, we did hear a lot of noise from our upstairs neighbors, and also conversations clearly from next door, but that's to be expected. The only thing this condo lacked was a deadbolt or lock from inside, just to have that added security. I'd recommend this place to my friends, and definitely stay here again!

Hi Ashley, Thank you for the compliments, and we love to hear how much you enjoyed your stay with us! We would like to note that we avoid having additional locks on our doors so children are not able to accidentally lock out others. By the way, you were perfect guests, and we appreciate you taking care of our place as if it were your own. Please come stay again anytime! -The TurnKey VR Team
This property was so clean and adorable. It was exactly like the photos! Perfect distance to down town and the colleges! Would recommend it to friends.

Nice place with a great restaurant next door but.....
Nice place with nice finishes and very clean. Convenient location, however, the Property was in a 'sketchy' area. When pulling out of the lot one early evening, a homeless man from the empty lot next door ran towards our car yelling about the size of his *****. A little frightening when we had planned to do a lot of walking to and from the sites! Other than that, it was great!

  Great Nashville experience
This place is conveniently located, very clean and updated. Great place to stay with a group, it has a great courtyard to hang out with friends or even in our case we meet others staying there. I will definitely stay again next time in town.

Just another great stay in Nashville
Having business in Nashville that requires frequent trips from Florida, I need a place to stay and write songs that's close to the Gulch and Music Row. A while back, I found just such a place at McMillin Court, and have returned many times since. Comfortable, clean and close to everything, I will continue to use this location for future trips, and I would would urge anyone looking for a place to stay that's so much better than a run of the mill motel room, to consider this option as well.

  Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient
This place is in very good condition, clean, reasonably priced, and about a $5 to $10 uber ride to the Lower Broadway area.

Our Stay at Landmark McMillin Court
We held a cousins reunion in Nashville for about 28 people. We rented out the majority of rooms at the hotel. The hotel location was great and the courtyard provided us with ample space to hang out and enjoy each others company for happy hour. The only downside we can complain about is the booking policy when booking through Turnkey Rentals. You have to pay in full one month prior to your stay and if you need to cancel you lose your full payment for your stay. Worse part is our Aunt died three days before we all went to Nashville. Some cousins (son's / daughter's of the deceased) had to cancel their travel plans and room reservations. Landmark McMillin court and Turnkey denied them a refund, They lost their $1,000 rental charge for each room. Worse is Turnkey rented their room out to other people thus double dipping. Not Cool. Not cool at all. Pretty disappointing that a company can't make an exception to their rules for a sudden death in the family, keep their money and then rent the rooms out to double their money. Probably won't be staying there again.

  Nashville trip
My son and I were visiting Nashville for the first time and this place was perfect for us! Very clean and good size for 2 of us. Didn’t use the kitchen except for coffee and snacks. Close enough to downtown to Uber. Very comfortable beds and nice having laundry room near by. Felt safe with security locks around the complex. Would totally stay here again.

  Great Time!
This was the perfect location ! It's very close to several tourist attractions and had onsite parking which was a big plus. The condo is also kept up nicely and was very clean. I would recommend this condo to any friends visiting Nashville and I know we will be staying here next time.

  Very cute place to stay
The place was pretty clean, except the gummies need a good moping! The lock on sure was hard to get in at times. Good location, easy to find, 5$ Uber ride to downtown. Nice courtyard, quiet. Only get one towel or quietest for stay, so have to wash if there for more than two days, but laundry is free!!

The room was clean. The Patio...
The room was clean. The Patio was a nice spot to hang out and meet other guests. The kitchen is super small, but when in Nashville you should be going out for music and great food elsewhere. It is a long walk to the main Broadway spots. For some reason we made the hike a couple of times. It would be best to take an UBER.

We had a great stay. The apartment was cute and small! The location wasn't as close as I had thought to downtown. But it still was close enough to get a quick Lyft/Uber.

  July 2019
Cozy and clean for the most part. They have a locked perimeter fence and coded doors for security which is nice. We stayed 3 nights at a average cost of $250 a night. Probably could have stayed at a nice hotel with daily room service for that price. The room directly above #2 could be heard easily through the ceiling, so beware if you plan to sleep in. Not very appealing neighborhood in the area surrounding the location, with a few homeless people sleeping on the streets and run down buildings.
